Lottery enthusiasts across the Volunteer State have checked their tickets following the latest series of drawings conducted on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The Tennessee Lottery holds multiple daily and weekly drawings, providing players with numerous chances to secure cash payouts across a broad variety of multi-state and localized games. The official results have now been published for all scheduled contests held on this date.
Leading the evening’s slate was the multi-jurisdictional Mega Millions drawing, which consistently draws significant participation nationwide. For the September 15 selection, the winning white balls drawn were 27, 36, 43, 57, and 58, accompanied by the gold Mega Ball number 16. Ticket holders are encouraged to examine their slips carefully to see if they matched all or a portion of the winning combination.
In addition to the multi-state jackpot contest, the Tennessee Lottery carried out its routine series of daily numbers games. In the Cash 3 game, which holds multiple sessions throughout the day, the Morning numbers were drawn as 4-4-7 with a Wild ball of 4. Later in the afternoon, the Midday drawing yielded 5-0-8 alongside a Wild ball of 6, while the Evening draw produced 2-7-5 with a Wild ball of 6.
Players participating in the Cash 4 game also saw three separate drawings on September 15. The Morning winning sequence was determined as 1-1-9-1 with a Wild ball of 1. During the Midday session, the winning selection was 5-0-7-7 with a Wild ball of 9. Concluding the daily cycle, the Cash 4 Evening drawing revealed the numbers 1-4-0-7, with 9 designated as the Wild ball.
State-exclusive jackpot drawings rounded out the September 15 schedule with notable prize opportunities. The Daily Tennessee Jackpot game yielded the winning combination of 05, 15, 24, 32, and 38. Meanwhile, participants in the Millionaire for Life contest saw the main winning numbers 05, 06, 14, 36, and 38 selected, along with a Bonus number of 03.
Following the announcement of these results, lottery officials have reiterated the established protocols for players holding winning tickets. How a prize must be redeemed depends largely on the total monetary value of the ticket. The Tennessee Lottery maintains distinct thresholds and methods to ensure that payouts are handled securely and efficiently for both small and large sums.
For any prize amounts up to and including $599, winners may collect their payouts directly at any authorized Tennessee Lottery retail location across the state. Retailers are equipped to validate winning tickets and disburse funds on-site, offering the fastest redemption route for smaller winning tiers without requiring formal claim documentation.
When prizes exceed the $599 threshold, winners must redeem their earnings either through the mail or by visiting a certified lottery office in person. Players choosing the mail-in option must submit an official winner claim form, the physical winning ticket, a photocopy of a government-issued photo identification card, and formal proof of their Social Security number. These materials should be sent to P.O. Box 290636, Nashville, TN 37229. While claims under $600 sent by mail do not mandate a claim form, full contact information must always be included.
For individuals who prefer to process their claims in person, the lottery requires claimants to sign the back of the winning ticket immediately. Claimants must also complete a winner claim form and present their original ticket, a valid government-issued ID, and official verification of their Social Security number at one of the designated regional offices.
The central hub for all redemption activity is the Nashville Headquarters & Claim Center, situated at 26 Century Blvd., Nashville, TN 37214. Operating from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, this headquarters facility is unique in its ability to process and cash winning tickets of any monetary value. The office can be reached by phone across various regional prefixes, including 615-254-4946 for local Nashville callers, dedicated lines for other Tennessee area codes, or toll-free at 1-877-786-7529.
East Tennessee residents have access to the Knoxville District Office, located within the Cedar Springs Shopping Center at 9298 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922. This facility operates between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and is authorized to disburse prize payouts valued up to $199,999. Inquiries can be directed to the office by calling (865) 251-1900.
Additional regional claim facilities are stationed in Chattanooga and Memphis to serve players in southeastern and western parts of the state. The Chattanooga District Office is located at 2020 Gunbarrel Rd., Suite 106, Chattanooga, TN 37421, with phone assistance available at (423) 308-3610. In Memphis, claimants can visit Chiles Plaza at 7424 U.S. Highway 64, Suite 104, Memphis, TN 38133, reachable at (901) 322-8520.
